Its harmonious aromatics entice with ripe red fruits, warm, melted milk chocolate shavings, wild dried brush, mineral and glazed dark fruits. Dense and full-bodied, it has ample juicy red and dark fruits, with lingering tones of dried herbs and sweet earth. An almost chewy texture balances generous tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Our 2022 Rockpile Ridge Vineyard Zinfandel exudes rich aromas of warm baked blackberry cobbler, black fig drizzled in balsamic, crushed sassafras and sweet earthen spice with lingering notes of cola berry. The entry is driven by ripe juicy dark fruits, a firm core of mountain tannins and lingering flavors of spice. This Zinfandel will be even more fabulous with 1-2 hours of aeration.

A multi-layered aromatic profile of candied blueberry, summer blackberry preserves, espresso grounds and roasted almond gives way to soft tones of magnolia blossom and sweet earthy char. The texture is effortless, balancing mountain-grown power and restraint. This wine resolves perfectly, with a persistent finish of ripe black fruits and a lovely, defining freshness.

This 2021 Rockpile Zinfandel exudes detailed aromas of kirsch, orange rind, milk chocolate and warm toasted almond. It’s strikingly harmonious and layered with sweet brambly fruits and ripe Santa Rosa plum, with additional undertones of warm baking spices.

Our intention with the Madrone Spring is to create a blend that not only exemplifies this unique area of our original homesteaded property but also showcases the extraordinary affinity and alchemy of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Syrah. Dominant notes of candied black cherry, blackberry compote, blue floral tones and shaved vanilla pod.

59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot, 12% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Franc

This multi-layered Bordeaux blend walks a fine line between the expected ripeness of a dry, warm growing season and the freshness that is the hallmark of our wines. Intriguing aromas of red cassis, licorice, cured meats, dried lavender, cigar wrapper and shavings of dark cacao are prominent.

Our Rockpile Cabernet is beautifully detailed on the nose, with perfumed notes of black cherries, dried violets, loganberry, dusty iron red earth, shaved cocoa bean, woodsmoke, coastal dried underbrush and anise. Its vibrant and energetic entry leads to the expected full-bodied expression of a Rockpile Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our 2021 Jack’s Cabin Zinfandel is a delicious and complex wine. Aromatics include sticky blackberry compote, espresso grounds and purple iris petal, with a soft dusting of cedar and vanilla. A beautiful intensity persists on the palate, with explosive fresh blue and black fruits, coffee bean and dried herbs. An almost chewy texture balances generous tannins and a lingering fresh finish.
